Nobody will work harder to find you the perfect house and save you money! Damian toured me over every inch of Napa, Green Valley, and even lower Vacaville until we found it. The price of a new home we had toured, and I loved, (but was too expensive), suddenly was lowered significantly by the Developer, when he pointed this out to me, I told Damian I would meet him after work and sign the Offer. He was so worried we would lose this deal that he sent me the offer at my office and insisted he drive to my office in St. Helena immediately and pick up the deposit check from me. He then drove to Green Valley so we could secure the deal. The next day I drove over to the Developer’s sales office and the agent told me I was very lucky because a second Offer on the home had been delivered 1 hour after ours! Damian really understands the market and will deploy his “hard-work ethic” from his days as an investment banker to his service for you. He is smart, sophisticated, and driven.
